Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Trivia Quiz: Swipe & Learn ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

The App provides:

• Multiple-choice trivia questions across a range of subjects and levels
• A Daily Quiz with a daily streak
• A lives system: you have 3 lives, a wrong answer costs one, and lives refill over time
• An optional Premium subscription with unlimited lives

Questions and answers are provided for entertainment. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee every answer is correct. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.

3. No Account Needed

There is no sign-up or login. Your progress is stored on your device.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Plans

Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The price for your region is shown in the App before you subscribe.

4.2 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm your purchase
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period

4.3 Managing and Cancelling

• Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from the App's settings screen
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple's refund policy.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in line with applicable laws
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the App, including its lives or subscription features
• Not copy or redistribute the App's questions or content

6. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads in the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every question and answer is accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before any claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, questions and explanations, is owned by Trivia Quiz and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and significant changes will be shown in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep any rights given to you by the consumer laws of your country.

13. Apple App Store Terms

As required by Apple:

• These Terms are between you and Trivia Quiz, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them

Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
